Will your A2P 10DLC registration be approved?

Unregistered business texting is blocked by US carriers. These are the eight things we fix before filing for clients.

Legal business name matches the IRS letter (CP 575 / 147C) exactly, including "LLC" and punctuation
EIN entered and the business address matches state registration
Website shows the business name, address and a working privacy policy link
Privacy policy states mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing
Every form that collects a phone number has an unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox with disclosure text
Campaign description says specifically what you send and how people opted in
Two or three real sample messages that match the description and include the business name
STOP / HELP / START keywords configured and quiet hours set
