Lifecycle Sequences & Campaign Pages
Welcome, reminder, reactivation and upsell sequences wired into GoHighLevel . plus the branded Terms and entry page a giveaway or promo actually needs to run.
LogixLevel builds the lifecycle automations most GoHighLevel accounts never finish . a welcome email and SMS after signup, an annual reminder workflow (service anniversaries, policy renewals, maintenance checks), a post-install upsell sequence, re-usable email and SMS snippets for manual sends, and a branded Terms and entry page for giveaways or seasonal promos. Fixed $650 for the full package, delivered in 7 to 10 business days.
The sequence that pays for the whole setup
The welcome email is nice. The annual reminder is the one that pays . because the customer who booked a service with you a year ago has forgotten what you do and is one Google search away from your competitor. One well-timed SMS 11 months after the first job quietly keeps a 30 to 40 percent share of your customer base in the fold without a sales call.
The giveaway Terms page nobody wants to build
Most owners running their first giveaway realise too late that Facebook, Instagram and most ad platforms require a real Terms and Conditions page . not a line in the post caption. We build and host that page under your own domain, link it from the entry form, and keep the entry data flowing straight into a tagged contact list in GHL so the follow-up sequence runs without a manual export.
What's included
- ✓Welcome sequence . email + SMS fired on signup or first form submission, 3 touches over 7 days, branded with your voice
- ✓Annual reminder workflow . recurring trigger (install date, policy start, maintenance anniversary) that pages the customer and sets a task for your team
- ✓Post-install upsell sequence (ECP-style) . offer timed to arrive 14 to 45 days after the first job, with a one-click booking link to the follow-on service
- ✓A library of email + SMS snippets your team can send manually from the Conversations tab (follow-up, pricing, docs needed, win-back)
- ✓A branded Terms and Conditions page plus an entry form for a giveaway or promo, hosted on your site under your brand (not a GHL funnel subdomain)
- ✓All sequences STOP-aware, consent-captured and quiet-hours respected
Best for
- • Businesses with recurring annual touchpoints (HVAC service plans, insurance renewals, solar O&M, dental hygiene recalls)
- • Owners running a seasonal giveaway or referral promo and realising they need a real Terms page
- • Teams who want ready-to-send snippets so the AE doesn't retype the same reply four times a day
- • Any account that already closed the first sale and wants the second one on autopilot
Questions about Lifecycle Sequences & Campaign Pages
Can you load our own copy or do you write it?
Both. We write a first draft from a 20-minute brand conversation, you edit, we load. You own every piece of copy and can rewrite it any time inside GHL.
What about the giveaway rules . is this legal advice?
No. The Terms page uses a standard giveaway template (eligibility, how to enter, prize description, odds disclosure, sponsor contact) adapted to your prize and your state. If the prize value is above $5,000, or you are running across state lines, we recommend your attorney review before launch.
Can the annual reminder fire on different dates per customer?
Yes. The trigger reads a date field on the contact (install date, policy start, hire date) and schedules the touch at any interval you set . 11 months, 30 days before renewal, two weeks after anniversary.
Do you connect the post-install upsell to our calendar?
Yes. The SMS and email include a one-click booking link onto the AE's calendar with the follow-on offer pre-filled. If you prefer a quote-first flow, it points at a form instead.
Is this ongoing or one-time?
One-time build. The sequences keep running forever once installed; the $650 is the setup. We offer a monthly care plan if you want us to maintain, split-test and add seasonal variants.
