Data Processing Addendum

When LogixLevel accesses a client’s GoHighLevel account or data to deliver services, we act as a processor on the client’s instructions.
Scope
Access is limited to what the agreed scope requires and is removed after delivery unless a care plan is in place.
Security
Access is via individual user accounts with two-factor authentication where available; credentials are never shared by email or chat.
Sub-processors
HighLevel Inc. (platform), Cloudflare (this website and its lead API), Google Workspace (email).
Health information
For clients handling protected health information, HighLevel’s HIPAA add-on and Business Associate Agreement apply; we configure accounts so that clinical details stay out of automated messages.
