Services
LogixLevel provides GoHighLevel implementation, automation and related services under a written scope agreed before work starts. Prices on this site are in US dollars and are fixed for the scope described; changes are quoted before they are performed.
Platform fees
HighLevel subscription and usage fees (texting, calling, AI minutes, add-ons) are billed by HighLevel Inc. and are separate from our fees.
Ownership
Work is performed inside the client’s own GoHighLevel account. The client owns the account and its contents. LogixLevel retains no rights over client data.
Payment
Builds are invoiced per the agreed schedule (typically 50% to start and 50% on handover for projects over $2,000). Care plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.
Third-party platforms
We are an independent agency and are not affiliated with HighLevel Inc. Carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) decisions are made by carriers and their vetting partners; we prepare and file registrations and handle resubmissions.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service concerned.
